[GraphHopper] Bike improvements - help needed

Hi all,

to show case our elevation feature (displaying and recognizing) I
stumbled over lots of incorrect suggestions for bike (it favoured too
many busy roads) and so I wanted to improve this before releasing 0.3
and ratrun is helping me here. But I would like to get feedback also
from you!

and comment on issue 190** if your favourite bike tour is not correctly
suggested and also what has to be improved - ie. a description of your
tour or if the estimated time is too fast/slow. (Assumption: trekking bike)
