[GraphHopper] Updating Graphs

Hi Peter,

Ok cool, Possibly running another instance of Graphhopper to prepare the
graphs, then just bring the main instance down for a minute or so might
also work. I might use this method on the Philippines as I have a 4 Gig
32Bit Win Server Machine but Java only uses 1G anyway. :)
