[GraphHopper] Updating Graphs

Thanks Peter, I wish my Java skills were up to scratch and I would do it.
Killing process from windows is HARD and is generally not a good idea so to
be able to trigger an elegant shutdown is rather nice ..
I'll make you a new logo if you do it (hee hee, just kidding :) ..)
