[GraphHopper] GraphHopper for iOS

Hey Raphael,

we did this with j2objc. RoboVM is (currently) only good in converting
full applications not libraries. The problem is that robovm uses its own
GC implementation which could then interfere with the native ref count
(etc) mechanisms.
