[GraphHopper] how can I add more edges to OSM data?

right now OSM data contains only roads. but if I want to plan a longer
trip, by including air travel too, I need to add airlines as edges.

but airline info changes very dynamically (ticket prices etc), so I can
only merge this information dynamically. so if I already have a osm.pbf
file, how can I incorporate more edges?
