[GraphHopper] Alternate routes

Hi Riz!
At this point, the alternatives algo is already implemented but it needs
some love (code clean up, bug fixing, etc...).
I plan to continue working on that branch as soon as I will have some spare
time. It would be really important if you could report any issue you will
find while using it.

PS: As it will be near to bug free stage, I plan to add CH support.
