[GraphHopper] GPS locations visualization

Hi,

Does graphhopper/OpenStreetMap offer anything to visualize about 5000 
points (latitude and longitude) on a map?
It would be perfect if it works offline on my machine.
I am currently using a google docs plugin to visualize them in google maps,
but they have limits on the number of requests per day.

This is a one time thing to generate a VRP dataset,
so if it's a service, I won't be spamming it for longer than 10 minutes 
or so :)
