[GraphHopper] Where is the Grapphoper.jar (Android)

GraphHopper 0.3 is the latest release version.
0.4-SNAPSHOT is just a tag of the master branch where the current 
development takes place.

It's recommended to create graphs and then read them with the same 
GraphHopper version, as there may be differences in the graph structure 
as the library evolves.
