[GraphHopper] Zero distance calculated

We use GraphHopper 0.3 and these configuration for prepare data:

graph.dataaccess=MMAP_STORE_SYNC
index.highResolution=500
prepare.chShortcuts=fastest
osmreader.wayPointMaxDistance=1
osmreader.acceptWay=CAR
routing.defaultAlgorithm=dijkstrabi

and we get distance equal zero for some point pairs. For example:
1. From 56.84413500, 60.61687200 to 56.82797741,60.63850385
2. From 56.76857000,60.68577400 to 56.83251327,60.59686418
and many others.

But if we check that points over https://graphhopper.com/maps/ then we get real values.
How we doing wrong?
What we should do for correct that problem?
