[GraphHopper] How to update map data

Hi,
What are suggested scenarios to update map data (our own data) without
breaking system. We want to be able to response to every request as
possible.

Im thinking, maybe we may use an nginx server as a reverse proxy and
multiple graphopper instances. And update instances one by one.
