[GraphHopper] Yet another blog post for integration of traffic information

Hi,

I've created a basic traffic information code example and blogged about it:

This example includes the necessary steps to lock routing while writing
but not e.g. the map matching (to be done). It also contains a simple
web UI based on HTML5 canvas. Feedback is appreciated!
