[GraphHopper] Sometimes route not found

I have successfully set up a GraphHopper server locally. The problem
is that near certain dead-ends and one way streets it cannot plan a
route but says "not found", however the official version at
http://graphhopper.com/maps can make the route successfully for the
same two points.

Is it possible that it is due to some settings in the config.properties file?

What are the configuration settings that the official site uses? Is it
accessible somewhere?

Or is it possible that the problem is something else?
