[GraphHopper] Source of higway and surface speed for bicycles

If I get some nice results, I will inform you!

I dont know anything about useful gps-tracks available online, so I am
collecting data myself. The gps-tracks on planet GPX do not have timestamps
and no information about travelling mode, do they?
