[GraphHopper] Can't import small pbf file with GH 0.5

Hi,

importing a relatively small pbf file (oberbayern.pbf from geofabrik) fails
with GH 0.5:

# There is insufficient memory for the Java Runtime Environment to continue.
# Native memory allocation (malloc) failed to allocate 1073741840 bytes for
Chunk::new

Using the same box/environment and the same JAVA_OPTS=-Xmx2000m -Xms2000m I
can import that file with 0.4.1 just fine. In addition, 0.4.1 is much
faster, it reaches the "now parsing ways" stage within 12 seconds while 0.5
needs > 2 minutes to get there...
