[GraphHopper] Find nearst

Hello

Having longitude and latitude, I am looking for find the nearst segement in
OSM Road.

GraphHopper use QUADTREE for finding the suitable segement,

Can you tell me how the implementation of this algorithme is done?

I think the class Location2IDQuadtree.java is the implementation looking
for, but i don't know how to split my nodes....
