[GraphHopper] Can I extract routing data from osm file one machine, then copy across to another machine?

I have an osm file of North America that I'd like to use with Graphhoper.

Can I do the intensive, long pre-processing step of building the routing
data/graphhopper folder on one machine and then move that folder to another
machine which will actually run Graphopper using that routing data?
