[GraphHopper] graphhopper-ios get instructions and createJson

Hello,

I'm using graphhopper-ios-sample correctly.

But, how can I get the instructions and call the create json method? Or
also get the instructions list and check each instruction?

I get the InstructionsList but seems that I can't access to this class
methods.
