[GraphHopper] Is the import really multi-thread?

I don't mean internally in GH (we cannot control that part).

But if we're using pipes in command line to feed GH with a result pbf 
for building a graph,
then we could use latest Osmosis features to speedup the initial pbf 
process / mix etc.
