[GraphHopper] morituri -- the COMMercial2OSM converter

Hi @all

if anybody has Navteq data in the NAVSTREETS format and is interested
to use it with Graphhopper you're welcome to test morituri.

morituri is planned as a generic commercial-data-format to osm-format
converter.
Currently only Navteq data is supported.

You can find morituri on github at: https://github.com/knowname/morituri

Feel free to add any issues to github.
