[GraphHopper] Error: Failed to resolve com.graphhopper:graphhopper:0.5-SNAPSHOT

I also tried to enable uncommented that lines but it does not work. I'm
sorry.
Apart from switching to 0.4, can I do anything else to solve my problem?
