[GraphHopper] Jar Compilation

Hi
I have open the graphhopper in Eclips as per instruction, now I want to
know which project jar should i use? I just need to add more FlagEncoder
for rail. I am using it api which runs on localhost 8989. Please guide me I
am not java developer.
