[GraphHopper] Map File Issue

Please read the docs again and carefully. You create such a kuwait-gh
folder yourself via a local GH installation and copy it to Android phone
using the description there. Additionally for the demo you need a map
file for mapsforge, see their documentation for the details.

Regarding the latest version, again: 0.4.1 is the latest version. Using
the development version is possible but you need to add a snapshot
repository. But there is no need, you can just use the latest version.
