[GraphHopper] Map-matching Android

Hi Robin,

no problem.

Change the branch from master to 0.4:
git checkout 0.4
this should give you the 0.4.1 version in the pom.xml

And for using the snapshot that is possible if you uncomment the
resolutionStrategy option in build.gradle to allow SNAPSHOT version
being fetched from local repo I think
