[GraphHopper] 0.4 Release Candidate 1

I've briefly tested the Roundabout function. Had many missing roundabouts (mostly mini-roundabouts), but this is probably(?) related to the data encoded into a map, but also missing exits from junctions with flared entry/exits.

Going ahead on a roundabout of ("highway intersection" style), this junction returns "Exit 1", which would be the bypass heading south/SE. (drive on left).
