[GraphHopper] Request for test of a map-matching fork by German speaking users

Hi ratrun,

thanks a lot! Just a quick comment for the English speaking people here:
ratrun shows in this report that map matching can be used to improve the
quality of OSM but it is not without trouble ;)
I've not thought about this use case before, but this is very
interesting! Currently users of the map matching module use it to
identify same streets, attach any OSM attributes or turn instructions
for any GPX file after recording and automatically.

So we can add this as a nice use case!
