[GraphHopper] height information

Hello,

how can I read height information of the OSM data and support GraphHopper this data?
The OSM data should use SRTM (http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/SRTM) / relief maps (http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Relief_maps)

I would like to get the height of a geo position.
