[GraphHopper] Traffic simulate, voice guide, turn by turn instruction

Hello,

I prepare my graduate of Master's degree and I develop an application
android using to graphhopper and OSM, this app is very important to my
country and the problems are : this app must have a routing in real time
,considers the traffic jams , Voice guide navigation + turn by turn
instruction + Geo Position + Orientation and the most important is this app
must work OFFLINE .. and I'd like to change the map rendering , the speed
car ....
I 'm a beginner with GraphHopper , I want to create a traffic simulator
like here:

 I installed a demo.apk for GraphHopper , I've create the map of my Country
using Mapsforge & Osmosis .. It's work
What do you advise me to do for this project?
