[GraphHopper] A method to handle barrier in junctions

Hi Peter,

I remember you said there is a bug of Graphhoper on handle barrier on 3-way
junctions.
Only one way is blocked.

I figure out how to fix it.
It's very easy, just add more virtual nodes and virtual edges.
