[GraphHopper] Moving the mailing list to discuss.graphhopper.com

Hi all,

in order to make it easier to find and consume discussion we introduce
this discourse <http://www.discourse.org/>-based board:
https://discuss.graphhopper.com

We know it will be of pain at the beginning as you need to sign up again
but the move is easy: you can signup via Github, Google or Email.

There are several problems with this mailman based mailing list here: is
not searchable, not editable and not really accessible from the web.
We'll not sign up anyone automatically to the new discuss forum, also we
are not sure if we should import the old emails (and if, how). One of
the nice advantages is that we then will have all discussion in one
place and can at the same time separate developers

(iOS/Android) from the rest. Also you can mute discussion, subscribe
individually to certain categories or topics. Just try it - it is nice!

*Let use know if something does not work or is ugly due to this
movement! We plan to make the old mailing list read-only on 31th
October. Still make sure using discuss.graphhopper.com as early as
possible*. I.e. do not reply by mail here, use instead this copy

in our discuss board and reply there!
