[GraphHopper] cannot load graph

[Emux]

Unfortunately due to graph structure changes, it's often advised to use 
the same GraphHopper version for creating and reading a graph.

Some old graph versions exist here <https://graphhopper.com/public/maps/>.
But why you don't advance in latest release?
