Hi,

I'm Halil, I'm 23 years old. I live in Turkey. I am a final-year computer
engineer at Mugla Sitki Kocman University.

Except for GSoC; I'm thinking of using OpenStreetMap for crowd mapping to
ensure better distribution of resources in case of forest fires that may
occur this year. Thank you for this great project for people who live in
Mugla/Bodrum and love the forest.

To tell you a little about myself, I attended GSoC last year and completed
it, it was a very exciting experience for me. If possible, I would like to
be a participant again this year with you. In the past, I managed Linux
servers as a system administrator. I have experience with backend
frameworks such as laravel, express-js, etc. Also, I mainly use docker in
both my development and project environments. Although I have little
experience with rails or ruby, I can promise that I will learn quickly. I
am attaching my CV to give information about my past experiences. Also you
can find all my profiles and contact information in my CV.

As someone who constantly prepares JSON endpoints, I found this task
suitable for me. I'm wondering if this task is suitable for the assignment.
Also I would like to prepare a draft proposal and get feedback (if
possible). It says on the forum page that there is no potential mentor, who
can I talk to?
