[Gsoc-orga] GSoC 2022: Extend OSM API to fully support JSON data format

Hi Halil,

thanks for your interest in this GSOC project. I'm sorry to say that
prior experience with Ruby on Rails and/or a good familiarity with the
OSM data model would be a hard requirement for the project.
The OSM API is quite complex and the learning curve would be too steep for
somebody without experience in either field.

Your CV is quite extensive, so I'm sure that there are projects that
are a better match for your skills.
