[Gsoc-orga] GSoC 2022: Extend OSM API to fully support JSON data format

FYI, ich habe das Projekt jetzt aus der Liste rausgenommen.
Wir haben da zur Zeit keinen Mentor, der sich um Anwärter kümmern kann.
Und ich sehe nicht, dass ein Student, der erst jetzt auftaucht, da noch
etwas überzeugendes vorlegen kann.
