it's this time of the year again: Google is asking for payment 
information for the purpose of paying out the Google Summer of Code org 
stipends through Payoneer.

It would be ideal if you could fill in the "payment request form".

If you need any GSoC-specific information, it's probably best to ask the 
GSoC admin team through gsoc-orga at openstreetmap.org

Hello Org Admins!

Google uses Payoneer to pay Google Summer of Code Contributors and 
Organizations. Payoneer is a fast and convenient way to receive payments 
globally.

Included in your payment is $500 per GSoC contributor for your 
organization called the ‘org stipend'. One payment is sent to the org, 
and if the org wishes to disburse the funds to their mentors they are 
welcome to do that on their own.

We kindly ask that you review and act on the following information:

 1.

    Whether you have an existing Payoneer account or need to register,
    *please carefully review the details* in the Payment Instructions
    for GSoC orgs
    <https://developers.google.com/open-source/gsoc/help/org-payments?hl=en>
    page. This page has information on how to claim your payment,
    deadlines and FAQs.

 2.

    Please fill out the payment request form

    for your org by May 26th. This provides us the information we need
    to process your payments through Payoneer. If your org would like to
    decline the stipends, please let us know through the form. If you
    will be accepting funds for several orgs, please list all the orgs
    on the form.

    Please take note of the key dates below

    *May 26* - Deadline for Orgs to fill out the payment request form

    (or orgs decline payment)
    *May 27* - Google Program Admins will send out registration tokens
    to new orgs
    *July 1* - Deadline for new orgs to complete Registration with Payoneer
    *July 15* - Deadline to complete tax form, available on org Payoneer
    account
    *September 30* - Organizations with only 12 (or 10) week projects
    are paid
    *October - November* - At end of months, organizations with extended
    timelines are paid

 4. Questions about your Payoneeer account? Payoneer representatives
    will address any payment related issue 24/7 in over 35 languages.

A reminder that Google can not issue stipends to Organizations that are 
part of any Federal Government. Google can not issue funds to government 
or public university employees in the United States. And finally, Google 
can not disperse any stipends to Google-led Organizations.
