[Gsoc-orga] Safety Route Idea Proposal

Hi Ishan,

it's a bit late to come with your own idea for this years GSoC, I'm
afraid. Something like that needs time to discuss and, if we find it
suitable for our orga, to find a mentor. None of which can be done in
the next half day.

So maybe try next year and get in touch a bit earlier.
