[Gsoc-orga] A project idea

Hi Viet

Any coding orientated projects (contrary to data curation) with an OSM 
angle are in scope.

Naturally there is no guarantee that google will accept us an an 
organisation, or that in the end a specific project will be allocated a 
slot by us in the end. There isn't really a hard and fast rule what 
makes a good project, in the end it is a combination of student, mentor 
and goals. And to be honest, most outcomes tend to be "meh" :-), but the 
odd brilliant result compensate for that.

In summary, if you feel you have a project that fits, feel free to add it.
