[Gsoc-orga] OSMF BBB access

Hi Simon and GSoC team (cc'ed Guillaume) :)

I created a video-room for the GSoC mentors at
https://osmvideo.cloud68.co/user/dor-o7v-mct-ayr

# Access to the BBB video room
Currently, Sarah and Tobias can start the room, as they have
accounts on osmvideo.cloud68.co If the rest of the mentors
create accounts at https://osmvideo.cloud68.co/user/signup
and let me know, I'm happy to add them to the access list :)
Alternatively, I can change the setting so that anyone with
the room's url can start it :)

# Benefits of being on the video-room's access list, if the room is
not set to be started by anyone:
* Start the room
* Upload presentation files
* Activate the whiteboard
* Have moderation abilities (e.g. mute)
* Can make other people "presenters", allowing them to
stream their screens or windows.

# "Home" rooms
By creating an account at https://osmvideo.cloud68.co/user/signup
each person also gets a "home" video room, that can also be
used for OSM meetings.

# Other option for GSoC video-room
You could also create an account with the gsoc-orga email address,
if you don't wish to use the room I made.

# BBB presenter options
Attached is an image that I usually send to presenters of
board meetings, in case members of the team find it useful.

# Low internet connection speed
If people experience unusually slow internet connection issues
during the meetings, they can deactivate the videos of
participants by pressing the 3 dots on the top-right of the
black window, going to "settings" and then "data savings".
(see attached image).

# Technical support
If you ever face issues like the osmvideo site being down, please
email Cloud68, who host the instance for us, at support at cloud68.co
and kindly cc'me :) Their support hours are Mon-Fri 09 - 17 CET/CEST.
