[Gsoc-orga] Filtering GSoC applications

Hello GSoC mentors,

as you're probably aware, the final contributor applications have been
submitted to the GSoC website a few days ago. As you continue to look
through the applications on the https://summerofcode.withgoogle.com
website, we ask you to mark those which you could imagine mentoring this
year using the "Want to Mentor" button. (If there is more than one good
application for the project same idea, just mark all of them at this stage.)

This will help us to narrow down the list of applicants for a future
second step, which will involve rating (on a 0 to 9 scale) and ranking
the applications relative to each other and making the final selection
in case of multiple competing submissions.

The members of the OSM GSoC orga team have also started marking
applications as "ignored" if they clearly fall short of the expectations
we've communicated to applicants. So if you see the number of
applications in the filtered default view go down, that's why.

Getting this done by Wednesday would be ideal so that we can proceed
with the process. Feel free to reach out to gsoc-orga at openstreetmap.org
with any questions.

Thanks for your help!

Tobias
