[Gsoc-orga] GS0C 2024 and Valhalla

Hi Kevin,

it's a new year and once again time for Google Summer of Code. OSM will
apply as an orga as usual. I've chatted with Nils and he tells me that
you would be interested to have Valhalla in as a project. That's great,
thanks.

We've just set up the page for collecting project ideas:

I'd like to invite you submit proposals for Valhalla there. Please note
that there are 3 different project lengths to choose from this year.
Otherwise, we don't intend to make any changes. This includes the
requirement that people need to send in a PR to be considered. I
wouldn't be surprised though, if you already got the first students asking
already anyway.
