[Gsoc-orga] Multiple interested participants

Hi,

I find myself in the enviable position that multiple students have 
expressed interest in a single idea that I suggested on the ideas page. 
So far I’ve been responding to each one with encouragement, but I don’t 
want to give the impression that we’ve committed to their project. After 
all, we want to see their same-project contributions first. Is this the 
right approach, or should I be pickier at this stage, to avoid raising 
false hopes?
