[Gsoc-orga] OSM accepted for GSoC 2025, first steps

Hi mentors,

OSM has been accepted as a mentoring org for Google Summer of Code 2025 
and we're already receiving some interest from potential contributors.

Those of you who may return as mentors in 2025:

Please log in to g.co/gsoc and agree to the 2025 Program Rules and Org 
Member agreement.

This will allow us to add you to the 2025 program and give you access to 
any submissions for your project ideas (once applications open up).

Other than that, be prepared that potential contributors will start 
reaching out to you directly or on community platforms such as the OSM 
forum¹. In our instructions², we ask them to get started early and make 
some kind of contribution.
