Hi Maid

I would be very sceptical about the value of any such proposal, given 
that both Matrix and IRC channels exist and are used widely in the 
community, and there is even a custom chat plugin for JOSM. You would 
need to expand a bit on how your idea would add value over everything 
that exists.
