[Gsoc-orga] Inquiry about GSoC Project: Temporary Road Closures Database and API

contains some more information.

As the project idea description says, the deliverable should be a 
working prototype of the system. Given the limited time available in 
GSOC, it doesn't make sense to dive deep in to the code of any of the 
mobile apps at this point. The Graphhopper routing engine would seem to 
support dynamically changing weighting of edges in the routing graph and 
would seem to be a good choice for a first cut at integration. From a 
submission pov a web UI with the ability to mark a specific stretch of a 
road as closed together with meta information on kind of event and 
duration is likely enough for a prototype.
