[OHM] OHM styling

Team -
As we move along with this experiment, I think we'll quickly run into
shortfalls of using the existing stylesheets for historical purposes.
For example, I don't believe the OSM default styles render wooden docks or
dirt roads without a little help. I'm not sure of the best way of handling
these requests, but we might want to start thinking about how to gather
them, respond to them, etc.
Any thoughts?
