[Historic] "HOSM" or "OHM"?

All hail OHM!!!

Ok - it seems like there's clear consensus here in the early results. Let's
tentatively go with Open Historical Map, barring any feedback in the next
few days that raises issues we haven't thought of.

In the mean time, I'll start making changes here and there, wiki, the
coming web site, etc.

Mikel - is it possible to change the mail list name?
