[Historic] "HOSM" or "OHM"?

Hi Martin -

Good suggestions!

One of the beauties of going with Open Historical Map is that we already
have openhistoricalmap.org and openhistoricalmap.net.

See: http://www.openhistoricalmap.org:3000/ (temporary... may not be there
when you get there... ; ) )
