[OHM] Modifying the default renderer

Mikel is right on - we don't need to wait! : )

You're absolutely correct about the default (tele-tubby) style looking
funky for the Seattle data and even more correct about the need for tagging
and styling discussions.

Right now, there are a bunch of issues of with the Seattle map that
highlight OHM issues across the board:
- Modern tagging structures may not be relevant in the past - e.g. roads
vs. tracks
-- I hacked up the core data to get around the rendering issues, but
that's not a generally good habit
- Bad coastline (not really a style sheet issue, but a problem with the
resulting output)
-- We need to add a coastline generator process
- Dirt roads end up looking like dashed lines, even though they are the
main road
-- And... should dirt roads have "casings"?
- The wooden pier that was the hub of much of Seattle's commercial
businesses doesn't show up
-- I've started hacking around (very ugly style) with the OSM carto in
TileMill to fix this.
  -- see: http://i.imgur.com/CJWenXP.jpg

So... I agree: styling and tagging need to support much more than they do
now.

Want to start a tagging page for discussions on the wiki? (Or somewhere
else appropriate for collaboration?)

Thanks!
Jeff
