I understand why it was accelerated, but it still does not make it the right 
editor as the 'default'. Even understanding where it is breaking things I still 
don't trust it enough to use it for quick edits, and I have tried. Personally 
I'd prefer to see an alternative being developed with a style sheet that we can 
select to get away from that which is being forced on us. So JOSM and Potlatch2 
will remain my own choice for some time to come. The 'style sheet' currently 
used in ID is just about useless when overlaying the historic maps anyway ... 
and any complaints about that have been brushed aside as well.
