[OHM] Structure

Good advice from Kate. It reminded me of a site friends have used in the
past called http://www.oneclickorgs.com/ that lets you set up as a
"Unincorporated Association" in the UK just be filling in a few details
online.

I'll have to look in to what that actually means (legally) but it certainly
gives you a structure with voting rights etc, and suggests this helps with
grants.
