No argument with that, but in MANY cases the historic data relies on
material already in OSM, and AS we move forward, data currently in OSM
will drop into the historic category. THAT is the link which is not
currently being managed. If OHM uses the same editor tools as OSM then
the process is identical, and the like of JOSM allows complex add-ons to
be created to add analysis tools as well as display multiple layers of data.
